ABOUT US.

WE CANNOT IGNORE IT

The Unlost was founded in 2024 by Kendall Yoder, Jeanette Smith, and Jessica James with the simple goal of providing a beacon of hope for families and friends of missing persons. Our non-profit organization is dedicated to finding missing persons, offering support to their loved ones, and raising awareness about the ongoing epidemic of disappearances.

"We could spend this time to babble on about statistics, the astounding percentages of people going missing, or the social impact of human trafficking, but with a few simple web searches you can discover those statistics for yourself. Instead, I'll tell you a story about a case that I worked; The story of a young man who we found... he was dead... and alone. This young man was found in his car with a gun, he had taken his own life, we were too late! This mans case haunts me, and it's just one of millions out there.

We want to give our society a gift, a hope. We are the warriors not only standing between vicitious kidnappers and our loved ones, but also confronting the darkness of depression and anxiety that leads to runaways and suicides. We are actively working to dismantle slave rings, study the data of the human trafficking business, and change the way that our society thinks about those who are missing."

We commit to alleviating the distress experienced by families and individuals dealing with the disappearance of loved ones. Our agents are well-trained and well-equipped, they are passionate about our work and they work tirelessly to bring these loved ones home. Our emotional support advocates will provide a compassionate ear and offer referrals to community services, including therapy and legal assistance. Additionally, the organization will lessen the burdens of government by investigating, researching, and assisting in search and rescue efforts.
